I purchased several watches over the years using a credit card and was always satisfied with delivery and the quality of the product. In January I purchased a watch with a wire transfer to take advantage of the discount, and have been given the run around ever since then concerning NON-DELIVERY of the watch.
It's been one excuse after another and I am now awaiting a third attempt to deliver the same product.
The problem is, unlike making a dispute with your credit card company and getting a credit to your account, the process with a direct payment from your checking account is very difficult. The ban cannot reverse the transaction and I am now considering contacting the federal banking authorities to determine whether they have jurisdiction to correct the issue.
