Perfect Watches - Scam artist
ordered a watch and never received anything.I was told of delays and shipping problems.
They offered to upgrade my watch for free and i fell for it. after not receiving any tracking info or email of any kind i began to get nervous. found out that there website was no longer up and running and i also couldn't get through to their number. It felt suspicious from the very beginning, but i didn't listen to my instinct.
I could have understood if the quality wasn't great, but i at least expected to receive my watch. Absolutely do not attempt to order from them although since they are not operating any longer i suspect it wont be a problem for anyone else.
i had to report them to the FBI cyber crimes division.hopefully they catch the unsavory people behind this scam and they pay for ripping everybody off.

These people are not scam artists. What the do is illegal.
They all go out of business eventually. ALL of them. If you are naïve enough to continue to purchase from these websites, knowing that what you are doing is illegal, then your loss is your own fault.. Pay only with AMEX.
They will support your loss. If the company doesn't take AMEX.
(and most don't).Then just stay away from that company.
